Poetry Café Monday May 25th

To end off our poetry units in French and English, we will be having a Poetry Café on Monday May 25th! Students were given the outline of what is expected for this final project last week. Students were also given sufficient time in class to work on the project. Students are to write a good copy of one poem in French and one poem in English. The poems are to be typed or neatly printed and include an illustration. A rubric was provided to the students so they know how the poems will be evaluated. Also, there are 3 questions that need to be answered and submited. Students can practice reading their poem to you out loud to prepare for presenting their poems to the class on Monday May 25th. Everything must be submitted to me at the end of the Poetry Café on Monday. We have some amazing poets in our class and I'm looking forward to Monday's Poetry Café.
